Ingredients

O'My Goodness cookies are made from only the finest ingredients, the same ingredients that you'd use if you were to bake them yourself. You can review the ingrediants   After being individually cut and baked, each cookie first has a base coat of royal icing applied, and then is hand decorated.   In total, it takes us three days to complete each masterpiece.

Cookie: unbleached flour, butter[milk], sugar, eggs, vanilla

Icing: powdered sugar, meringue powder [potato starch, cream of tartar, baking soda, xanthan gum, salt, lactic acid, egg albumen], water and corn syrup, contains 2% or less of the following: artificial color yellow #5, titanium dioxide yellow #6, red #3, red #40, blue #1, glycerin, sorbitol modified food starch, preservative [sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate], vegetable gum, citric acid

Contains milk, eggs, wheat flour

For those with Peanut allergies, we operate in a Peanut-Free environment

Trans fats

0, none, nill. Who would of thought that cooking with nothing but butter would be a healthly thing. Turns out that milk has no trans fats.

Packaging

Our cookies are package three different ways:

  • Cookies purchased individually are packaged in clear bags, heat sealed, and carefully tied with colorful tulle. Cookies are then protected with bubble wrap before being placed in the shipping box
  • Gift Boxes contain cookies that also individually packaged as described above, then protected with bubble before being placed into the gift box. Gift boxes are then placed into a shipping box
  • Our cookie tins have padding between each layer of cookies. The tin is then placed into the shipping box

Sales Tax

By law, we are required to charge sales tax to all retail orders shipped to Illinois

Shelf Life

Our cookies have a shelf-life of six months, even though we use no preservatives. We've even received calls from customers whom have eaten our cookies after a year or more and they still thought the cookies tasted great! However, we recommend that you don't wait quite that long before enjoying their buttery goodness.

Shipping

O'My Goodness ships all orders out of it's Lake Bluff, Illinois, bakery. We normally ship out Postal Mail to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada and UPS Ground to all other location in US. We can expedite shipments upon request.   UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO boxes.
